-through training of prison staff, offenders and ex offenders -, aims in building offenders and ex offenders’ capacity to transform their lives after imprisonment and to support a future of successful rehabilitation in the community. When out of prison, the ex offender should be capacitated to re-enter the social web as an equalmember who will stand good chances of living lawfully and having a potential of getting into employment and social inclusion. Every correctional institution’s scope is to offer to prisoners support in order to restore their personalities, and free them from antisocial behavior.
