Last week, the members of the EPEA elected the three officers of the Steering Committee:
the Chair, the Secretary and the Treasurer. Re-elected for a second three-year term were
- Thomas Wüthrich (Switzerland) as Chair and
- Sara Loja (Portugal) as Secretary
Newly elected as Treasurer was
- Olivia Fager Mattsson (Sweden) who received 55% of the votes compared with the other candidate.
Voter participation reached 16%. Thanks to all members who take part in the elections!
The Regional Representatives will be elected by the Steering Committee where there’s no official EPEA branch (Central and Eastern Region) or in the other three regions by two representatives -the so-called liaison persons- of each EPEA branch in a region.
The deadline for an application to be elected as Regional Representative is Juli 31st . The election will take place in September.
